SRX2971148: Re-sequencing of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough biofilm from the University of Missouri
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 1.5M spots, 442.8M bases, 226.6Mb downloads

Design: DvH-MO was received at the University of Missouri from the ATCC c. 2003. Genomic DNA was extracted with the Wizard® Genomic DNA Purification Kit (Promega Corp., Madison, WI) from DvH-MO biofilm grown for 168 h at 30 degrees Celcius in an anaerobic CDC biofilm reactor continuously fed with LS4D medium. Library was prepared and sequenced by the University of Missouri DNA Core (http://dnacore.missouri.edu/)

Study: Raw Sequence Reads from Re-sequencing of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough
show Abstracthide Abstract
Re-sequencing of laboratory strains of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough has identified lab-specific mutations, one of which results in a biofilm deficiency.
Sample: Biofilm of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough from the University of Missouri grown at 30 degress Celcius in anaerobic, continuous-flow biofilm reactors (Biosurface Technologies Corp.) containing LS4D medium at pH 7.2
